Manuscript Preparation

Accepted and presented papers will be published in Springer's Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) series. Prepare your paper with Springer's official proceedings templates and author guidelines.

• Prepare your contribution in LaTeX or Microsoft Word using the official Springer proceedings templates for Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS).
• If you use Word, save the file as .docx without macros. Do not submit .docm files — they are not compatible with Springer’s systems.
• Full papers must be written in English.
• Paper length: 8 pages or more including references (at least 60% of accepted papers must meet this length).
• Follow the template fonts (Computer Modern for LaTeX, Times for Word). Do not add page numbers or running heads.
• Capitalize headings (title case). Number only the first two heading levels.
• Figures are numbered with the caption below; tables have the caption above. Prefer vector graphics; figures must remain clear in greyscale. Keep tables and equations editable — do not paste them as images.
• Number displayed equations consecutively. In Word, use the built-in equation editor or MathType.
• Cite references in the text (author–year or numbered style). Include DOIs where available and write titles in the Latin alphabet.
• Indicate one corresponding author in the paper header (email address is mandatory). ORCID iDs are strongly recommended. Author names cannot be changed after the paper is sent to Springer.
• Provide alternative text (alt text) for figures, in line with Springer accessibility requirements.
• Original and unpublished work only; submissions must not be under review elsewhere.
• Initial CMT submissions must be anonymized (no author names) for double-blind review. Camera-ready papers include full author details, all source files (LaTeX or Word) and the PDF.
• Accepted papers must be presented at the conference, and at least one author must register.
