Call for Papers
EICHA'27 welcomes original and unpublished research on Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Intelligence, Edge-Cloud Computing, Healthcare Technologies, Telecommunications, IoT, and Smart Systems. Submission deadline: 15 December 2026.
Important Dates
Manuscript Preparation
Papers follow Springer's author guidelines for Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS). Use the official Word or LaTeX proceedings template.
- Prepare your contribution in LaTeX or Microsoft Word using the official Springer proceedings templates for Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS).
- If you use Word, save the file as .docx without macros. Do not submit .docm files — they are not compatible with Springer’s systems.
- Full papers must be written in English.
- Paper length: 8 pages or more including references (at least 60% of accepted papers must meet this length).
- Follow the template fonts (Computer Modern for LaTeX, Times for Word). Do not add page numbers or running heads.
- Capitalize headings (title case). Number only the first two heading levels.
- Figures are numbered with the caption below; tables have the caption above. Prefer vector graphics; figures must remain clear in greyscale. Keep tables and equations editable — do not paste them as images.
- Number displayed equations consecutively. In Word, use the built-in equation editor or MathType.
- Cite references in the text (author–year or numbered style). Include DOIs where available and write titles in the Latin alphabet.
- Indicate one corresponding author in the paper header (email address is mandatory). ORCID iDs are strongly recommended. Author names cannot be changed after the paper is sent to Springer.
- Provide alternative text (alt text) for figures, in line with Springer accessibility requirements.
- Original and unpublished work only; submissions must not be under review elsewhere.
- Initial CMT submissions must be anonymized (no author names) for double-blind review. Camera-ready papers include full author details, all source files (LaTeX or Word) and the PDF.
- Accepted papers must be presented at the conference, and at least one author must register.
Submission Steps
Via Microsoft CMT
- 1Download the Springer LNNS Word or LaTeX template from the official proceedings guidelines.
- 2Format your manuscript according to Springer’s author instructions.
- 3Create a Microsoft CMT account and submit an anonymized PDF.
- 4Follow reviews and the decision in CMT.
- 5If accepted, upload the camera-ready PDF and source files, and have the corresponding author sign the Springer Licence to Publish.
- 6Register for the conference and present your work at EICHA'27.
Review Process
Peer review is managed in Microsoft CMT. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind process. Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers from the International Technical Program Committee, according to the following criteria:

Publication Policy
Only original research contributions that have not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere are eligible. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) series.
Camera-Ready
Accepted authors submit the final PDF and source files by 15 March 2027. The corresponding author must sign the Springer Licence to Publish, and at least one author must register before the deadline for the paper to be included.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
